How will we encourage pleasure reading with our CCS students?
Collaborating closely with school administrators, our efforts support cultivating a vibrant reading culture both within and beyond the school premises. Through innovative initiatives and engaging activities, we aim to kindle enthusiasm for reading among students, fostering a lifelong love for learning. Just a few initiatives we have helped to promote:
- Holding Book-a-Palooza events to build student home libraries with books students select
- Encouraging School-wide dedicated reading time each week
- Challenge students to achieve pleasure reading goals to earn fun rewards
- Sharing the importance of reading with parents
