Remember and honor through honorary and memorial gifts
Making a gift in honor or in memory of a friend or family member is a personal and thoughtful way to recognize an individual's life and accomplishments. The Cabarrus County Education Foundation is happy to accept memorials and tribute contributions for those you would like to honor.
HONORARIUM: Recognize a friend, loved one, or former teacher with a donation to the Education Foundation. Honorariums are a great gift for family and friends on their birthday, anniversary or a particular holiday or event or as a thank you. You may designate the gift to go to a specific foundation program or fund. A Great Gift Idea!
MEMORIAL: A gift to CCEF in lieu of flowers is a lasting gift honoring the memory of a loved one. Once your donation to our organization is received, the Foundation will send to the bereaved a notification of your gift.
Once an honorarium or memorial gift is given to the Blinn College Foundation, a note is sent to the honoree or next of kin, and the gift is used as specified.
Check and credit card donations
- Honorariums and memorial gifts can be made via check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to the Cabarrus County Education Foundation and have an attached note that specifies the honoree's name or memorial information and the address of the honoree or next of kin.
- If you choose to make an online credit card donation, you can donate to the account of your choice or select "Other." Please include the honoree's name and address or the address of the next of kin in the "Additional Comments" box.
