Career-Connected STEM Grants
Bring career-connected STEM learning to your students.
Career-Connected STEM Grants support CCS educators at non-STEM schools in creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that connect classroom instruction with real-world careers. Through these grants, students can explore STEM concepts while strengthening skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication and creativity.
Grant at a Glance
- Grants of up to $1,500 per project
- Open to educators at non-STEM Program Choice elementary and middle schools and high school programs outside the STEM Program Choice umbrella
- Supports hands-on projects connecting classroom learning to authentic STEM careers
- Projects must engage students in problem-solving and build vital skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity and adaptability
- Projects must be completed during Fall 2026
- One application per teacher during each funding cycle
- Applications are evaluated using the published grant rubric
Application Deadlines
- Cycle 1: Apply by August 21; awards announced August 28
- Cycle 2: Apply by September 18; awards announced September 25, if funding remains available
