Students visit a Book-a-Palooza distribution to exchange their "reading voucher" for a reading material of their choice. These materials become the student's so they can build their at-home library. A 20-year study across 27 nations revealed the presence of books in the home is a greater predictor of academic success - even more so than long held beliefs of parent's income, nationality, or level of education.
Volunteers are needed to:
